Justin is Vice President at Fairway Independent Mortgage bringing more than 25 years of Residential Real Estate experience to his clients looking for financing for their new home, condominium or investment property throughout all of New England and Florida. Ranked among the Top 1% of all originators across the country for 10 straight years, Justin’s goal is to become part of his client’s circle of influence. He is a great listener and advocates for each of his clients as if he is their sibling. He wants to make sure that the financing that he provides not only fits their budget but makes sense to the client and allows them to continue their lives without feeling financial pressure every month when the mortgage is owed.

Throughout my career, I have worked in all facets of the mortgage business including sales, origination and processing. I pride myself on providing extraordinary customer service to borrowers; from explaining various loan products, understanding market fluctuations and providing guidance throughout the entire loan process. My promise to every client is to under promise and over deliver. I strive to be available at all times to answer any question and put any concern at ease. I currently live in Natick with my wife and two children. When I’m not working I love driving my car, playing tennis and spending time with my family on the Cape.

1. Pre-qualification acts as a dry run of the loan application process. The mortgage lender will use details you provide about your credit, income, assets and debts to arrive at an estimate of how much mortgage you can afford. The whole process may take only minutes or a few hours at most, and is free.

2. While a "pre-qual" is non-binding to the lender (because the information you provide has not been verified), it does serve as a good indication to potential sellers of your general creditworthiness.

3. These days most sellers will NOT accept an offer without at least a pre-approval letter, so if you are serious about buying this is the first step towards getting you in your new home.
